In the heart of the Champagne region, in Reims, is the Ruinart House. A prestigious place where the art of entertaining is intimately linked to the history of champagne.
Petit R is an immersive experience launched in 2017 consisting of a video-mapping creation on the table and walls of the reception room of the Maison Ruinart. The creation proposes to follow Petit R, alias Nicolas Ruinart, the founder, through the history of the House and its ancestral savoir-faire.
Initially conceived as a five-minute show to start the dinner, the experience has been expanded to accompany the entire dinner. In 2026, almost 10 years later, the content has been updated to reflect the brand's evolution and bring new life to the experience. This long-term project demonstrates how our installations can be sustainably integrated into visitor locations and retain their value over time.

The creation of the Petit R character was a collaborative effort involving a number of different artists. The 3D modeling work gave life to the watercolor sketches of the Petit R character by Japanese illustrator Kanako Kuno. Our studio then created all the character's environments and animations, and called on Guillaume Delacroix to create the original soundtrack.
